Wake Up Sooner original · Breath meditation
Open the Field
A 24-minute guided experience that builds through comfortable connected breathing, gentle tension and release, optional contemplative focus, a large musical peak, complete surrender of breath control, and quiet integration.
Before you begin
Get supported first.
Use this lying down or in a stable supported seat. Do not use it while driving, in water, standing somewhere a wave of lightheadedness could cause a fall, or while operating equipment.
The current soundtrack is a quiet in-browser prototype. The three approved Suno movements can replace it without changing this timeline.
What this session is doing
The intensity comes primarily from attention, music, body sensation, imagery, contrast, and release. The breathing pattern stays deliberately comfortable: there is no prescribed rapid hyperventilation, forced breath retention, maximal inhalation, bearing down, or maximal full-body contraction.
During the guided breathing phases, the pacer uses either a gentle four-second inhale with a six-second exhale or an even four-in / four-out rhythm. You can ignore the count and return to ordinary breathing whenever you want.
Eyes and tongue
The session optionally invites a light tongue-to-palate position and a gentle upward gaze behind closed eyelids. These are presented as contemplative attention cues. Wake Up Sooner does not present them as established evidence of pineal-gland activation or a guaranteed spiritual effect.
