Reconnect a Mental Pathway
This practice is attributed to Bashar as channeled by Darryl Anka in the 2009 session “15 Minutes and Counting.” Treat the brain-and-pathway imagery as a visualization and Bashar’s explanatory model, not as a literal map of neurons or independently established neuroscience. The “15 minutes” in the surrounding teaching refers to Bashar’s claimed consolidation window after a change in thought, belief, or feeling; it is not the duration of this guided exercise.

Finally connect the pathway with a place or state that represents comfort, peace, love, or another preferred quality.\n7. Imagine that new connection settling into place.\n8. Breathe, open your eyes, and return.
